Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy.  Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.  Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. 

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
